Therapy isn’t a job to me it’s a way of life which I enjoy and is part of who I am.
My training helped me make the changes I needed to make. I have had challenges myself, including dealing with divorce, two car accidents in 5 months and stress of running my own business and raising three children I needed help and guidance and used the various therapies to help me cope and change how I reacted. I am now stronger, more relaxed and feel positive about my life. These experiences have made me better equipped to help you be the best you can be.

I believe in continually developing new ways of helping clients and regularly attend training and development to ensure my skills are up to date and expanded to give me a variety of tools to help you.
I am located in the Midlands making it easy for you to access my services, whether you live in Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire or Shropshire. I have premises in Evesham and Redditch in Worcestershire and Stratford-Upon-Avon in Warwickshire.
I also offer video calls and sessions which, having had to embrace this media during coronavirus, I realise it is a very effective way of working and have had great results. This means wherever you are I can help you and give the support you need.
